WALL ACTIVITIES
Taha Tinana (Physical Wellbeing)
  • Walk/Run for an hour 2 x per week
  • Go to the gym 3 x per week
Taha Whānau (Family Wellbeing)
  • Make a coffee for my partner every morning
  • Message my friends (send meme or actual message)
Taha Hinengaro (Emotional and Mental Wellbeing)
  • Journal my thoughts in my thought book each day
  • Talk to someone when I need to
Taha Wairua (Spiritual Wellbeing)
  • Take Five minutes for myself each morning
  • Be present in the day. Notice something to be thankful for
Whenua (Interconnections to the land and environment)
  • Go outside each day(weather permitting)
  • Feed my herb garden
